How much does it cost to set up a web site?
The first step is to secure your domain. We handle that for you at no charge.
There is however, a $30.00 fee charged by our host for the initial registration
of your domain name. Your domain name is renewable at a rate of $30.00 per
year after the first year.
There is also a monthly charge for hosting your site on a server. Prices vary depending
on the features and space required for your site. If we design your website we also insist
on hosting it, and this can range from $10 to $30 per month.
Design costs vary from site to site with many determining factors involved.

How many pages will I need?
Every business has different needs. We will determine how many pages you need
after learning more about your company and goals. We have clients with sites consisting
of a single page and yet there are others whose sites are over 1000 pages.

Will everyone see my web site the same?
Users will see some things differently depending on their browser and screen
resolution setting. We design sites with that in mind and preview them in several

When we register your domain, the person you designate will be listed as the
administrative and billing contact. You are the owner of your web site.

Will my web site show in the first listings on the search engines?
We will optimize your site for search engines and list you with the major ones,
however getting to the top takes time and often resubmission is necessary.
We will help you get there, just remember it takes time and work to accomplish that.

Can I maintain my web site myself?
You sure can and we are glad to help you learn how. You may need to purchase
special software to do this unless we have designed you a website with "CMS" (Content
Management System) built in.

Do I have a say in what my web site looks like?
Definitely! As a matter of fact we insist on it. Your web site is your
image on the web and only you know what is perfect for your company. We will publish
your site in progress regularly (at a secret address that only you and we know)
so you can give us your input all through the design process.

How will people find my web site?
We will list your site on the major search engines and encourage you to put
your world wide web address on everything you can... i.e.: advertisements, business
cards, letterhead, checks, fax cover sheets, etc. There are also many banner exchange
programs you can get involved in, depending on the type of business you have.

Most of the search engines take 2 to 4 weeks to list your site. With a small
amount of print, radio or TV advertising it can begin immediately!

How can I keep track of the traffic at my web site?
If we design your website it will be hosted by us, and you will have access to statistics that
will tell you how many visitors you have had, what time they visited, what part
of the world they are from, how long they spent, which of your pages they viewed,
etc. This is a service that is essential to promote and build a successful web site.

How long will it take to have my web site created?
What usually takes the longest is gathering the necessary information. Once
we have the material we need it goes quickly. Most sites are up within two to four
weeks.
Sites which require a database or extensive programming can take several months
to complete.

How do I get flash animations for my website?
Once you have told us what you want, and emailed any necessary pictures to us, we can create your flash animation within 1 - 2 days. We will host an example
on a page of our site known only to us for you to approve. Upon receipt of your payment we email the file back to you for uploading to your website.
